You learn advanced micro coaching techniques about how to create a safe, supportive environment that allows the other person to share freely and with psychological safety. You establish a trusted relationship.

In this third practice lab, you combine your learning and practice skills that you acquired in the previous 6 sessions. This includes group mentor coaching and sharing of observations on your strengths and development areas.

You learn advanced techniques how to stay fully present with someone in the moment, in an open, flexible, grounded, confident way. Learn how coaching helps to build rapid relationship depth.

In this fourth practice lab, you learn and practice how to flex pacing to tune presence. You refresh and deepen the skills learned in the previous 8 sessions and engage in longer coaching conversations with program peers.
