The Intellicoach newsletter has rebranded as “1% BETTER”. Why the change? Why 1%?

There are 2 reasons:

1️⃣ A focus on PROGRESS

In your day-by-day grinding work, the pure existence of progress in a meaningful area is an enormous motivator…for you AND for your team.

2️⃣ A focus on COMPOUNDING effects

If you get 1% percent better at something each day for one year, you’ll end up thirty-seven times better by the time you’re done (1.01^365 ~ 37.8). It’s eye-opening. However, expecting a 365-day streak is bound to fail for most of us.

1% per week is doable for everyone!

1% BETTER wants to give you 1 manageable jolt of insight per week (1.01^52 ~ 67). How would you feel about improving your communication skill by 67% in a year? That’s a dramatic size for any Leader!
