About IntelliCoach
IntelliCoach was founded in 2018 in Singapore with the single mission to advance the practice of coaching in organisations, by equipping Leaders with critical coaching skills. We found that a majority of Leaders think they coach at least occasionally; however, in reality they typically mentor, advise, direct or consult. We exist to address this skill gap!
