↗️ 1 quote and a big upgrade!

This newsletter is about a favorite quote of mine:

"98% of success is consistently doing mostly boring things that no one sees. 2% is visible and exciting, so that's all everyone talks about."

This quote by Farnam Street (they have one of the few newsletters I actually read!) is likely a fitting metaphor for the overwhelming majority of the things you do as well. It often feels thankless to be in the grind. Do you agree? :)

The initial quote and 98% also describe perfectly my experience over the past 3 months building our new Webpage intellicoach.com. Most of the work is interesting, but ultimately grindwork that no one sees.

However, today is the day for the 2% and to celebrate :) 🥂 Our new webpage is live and, dare I say, we are proud of it!

It's designed to get to the point fast, to be pleasing to interact with and easy to parse. Above all, our new landing page for our signature IntelliCoach PRO Course is designed to make decisions about the course easier. I am curious to hear your opinion!

And coming back to the initial quote, here are a few things I learned from this process over the past months:

◘ I started to make real, big progress once I built this into my daily routines.

◘ Building this was a classical important/not urgent task. Easy to procrastinate.

◘ It was crucial to have multiple coaches/partners help me stay on track (thanks Kath, Abhijit and Megumi!)

How do you help yourself get through he 98% grind phase of some very important, but not urgent work?
