Last month, I had a zoom call with an ex-colleague whom I had not met for a while. She's been leading a tech team for years, but admitted that she felt squeezed in a corner. With AI and new technologies, she really worried that her leadership style wasn't keeping up.
"I know how to weight in and solve problems," she told me, "but I feel like that's not enough anymore. My team needs something different from me, but I'm not sure what."
