🎙️ EP 23 : Closed Questions Bad – Open Questions Good

Listen to the Podcast

Podcast Show Notes

‘Coaching is about asking good questions’ That’s a common thing that people say when they learn it. That’s like saying that driving is good foot pedal use.

‘Open Questions are good; Closed questions are bad’. That’s another common statement that on the surface sounds good, but has more depth to it.

If you know this podcast for a while, you will know that I feel that in terms of human nature, there is hardly ever black and white.

So like anywhere else, the truth is somewhere in between.

Can there be good closed questions and bad open questions? What do you think?

Listen in to find out!
