When you coach regularly, you will realize that you develop what I call a ‘third eye’. You begin to observe things about the conversation while you participate in it! That’s a crazy useful skill to develop, as it helps you ensure that the conversation moves towards what we agreed to.
Very often, meetings and conversations derail and just stop because the time is up. Then we wonder, what we actually got out of it. Don’t let that happen to you.
This episode explains how the third eye of the coach impacts the quality of the conversation.
