🎙️ EP 63: If your coaching is too simple, here is how to level up

Listen to the Podcast

It’s not difficult for any Leader to learn the very basics of coaching, i.e. to hold back your solutions and give the other person a chance to talk and develop something themselves. Yet, when 90% of our coaching is to ask: ‘What would YOU do?’ or ‘What is your idea?’, things will get bland, predictable and boring very quickly. Even worse, it will likely end up in dead ends very quickly.

This is just the very basics of coaching. In this episode I share what it means to take your coaching to an entirely different level. We discuss the difference between transactional vs. transformational coaching and talk about it with a few examples!
