Time audit (7 days): Track hourly, total by category. What does the pattern say you value?
Spending scan (30 days): Categorize expenses. Do dollars follow your stated priorities?
Pick 3 espoused values β assign 1 recurring behavior each:
Family β Wed dinner 6β8 pm, phones off
Health β 30-min morning walk
Learning β Fri 4β5 pm practice/reading
Budget to match: add a modest line item for each value (auto-transfer or envelope).
Weekly review: adjust next weekβs calendar so time and money reflect the compass.
