Your calendar tells you the truth (Podcast 117)
Align your time and spending with your true, lived values.

We all proudly name our values - family, health, learning, growth. But there’s a quieter autobiography we write every day: our calendar and our credit card bill. They don’t judge, they just reflect our choices. That reflection can be a powerful starting point for real change.
In my latest podcast episode, I explore:
️ ✅ Why your calendar is a mirror that reveals what you actually value
️ ✅ The gap between aspirational values and lived values
️ ✅ A simple, one-week time audit to see where your hours truly go
️ ✅ How to plan intentionally so your aspired values become real priorities
Two practical steps I cover (I use them with clients frequently!):
➡️ Review last month’s spending and classify it. What does it say you value?
➡️ Run a 7-day time audit. Track waking hours without changing anything. Then reflect honestly how you invest your discretionary time.
If you discover that work, screens, or “emergencies of the week” are crowding out, you’re not failing - you’ve just found your starting point. From there, timebox your real priorities first and build around them.
I’d love to hear what you think!
